Childbearing rates: 

Childbearing rates refer to the number of births in a country.

 

In 2012, 676,471 children were born and the average birth rate was 19.11%

In 2013, 658,865 children were born and the average birth rate was 18.78%

In 2014, 662,578 children were born and the average birth rate was 16.73%

The birth rate in 2013 fell to 2.19%. Families had 3-4 children 5 years ago now the average is 1.64 children per woman according to statistics from DANE (Colombian National Administrative Department of Statistics)

 

Identify birth rates in the country is necessary for education industry because the childhood is necessary, the number of children who are part of the population will always be a relevant data to identify the percentage of children by country who need education.
