The Colombian Federation of Educators ( FECODE ) is the Federation that groups the departmental and district unions of teachers in Colombia . More Important is the federation of the Confederation of Workers of Colombia ( CUT) Given the high rate of unionization of Public Education , FECODE Unions have over one million members across the country bathroom . FECODE : addition is a subsidiary of International Education .
