Number of births:

 

The Oxford Dictionary defines birth as “The emergence of a baby or other young from the body of its mother; the start of life as a physically separate being” there are two possible ways for human babies to come into this world, one by natural birth and the second way by c-section.

On the chart below the number of babies born from 2010 to 2013 are shown. The number of births varies on approximately 10.000 from one year to the next, with a decrease of almost 30.000 from 2012 to 2013.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Critical analysis:

 

Clearly babies are the main reason for education, therefore it can be on the balance as an opportunity or a threat, if the number of babies is high and keeps increasing then it is an opportunity for the industry; but if the number decreases then it is a threat, because it implies fewer children to educate.
